William Shields

William J. "Bill" Shields, 69, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016. Bill was born June 11, 1946, in Creston, IA to James and LaVon Shields. He moved to Casper as a young boy and graduated from NCHS in 1964. Bill also attended Casper College receiving an Associates Degree in 1967. Bill was known throughout the community as a dedicated coach, father and fisherman. Bill is survived by three sons, Tim (Phoenix), J.P. (Los Angeles) and David (Casper) as well as one grandchild, Mason. Bill is also survived by his step brother Ken Walker (Casper).
