William C. Lichliter, 63, passed away March 21, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. He was born June 30, 1953 in Ogden, Utah. Bill married Patrice Booth in Casper, Wyoming on February 14, 1979. The couple was blessed with a son, Joshua Lichliter, and a daughter, Crystal Howell. Bill worked as a machinist and parts manager and also owned his own janitorial and maintenance business. He later worked briefly as an optician. Bill enjoyed collecting antiques, fishing, traveling, cooking, but especially spending time with his family. Bill is survived by his wife, Patrice Lichliter, of Casper, Wyoming; son, Joshua (Lisa) Lichliter, of Fredericksburg, Virginia; daughter, Crystal (Marcus) Howell, of Casper, Wyoming; grandson, Jacob Lichliter, of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and brother, Edward Lichliter, of Casper, Wyoming. He was preceded in death by his father, Cal Lichliter, and his mother, Erma Lichliter, both of Casper, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Bustard's Funeral Home, with Pastor Don Bergstrom officiating. Per Bill's wishes, his ashes will be scattered near the family cabin. Memorials may be made in Bill's name to the Casper Humane Society at 849 East E Street or to Central Wyoming Hospice at 319 South Wilson in Casper.
