William Hubbard

William "Bill" Eugene Hubbard, born August 25, 1955 in Oakland, California, died December 17, 2018 in Santa Cruz, California, at the age of 63. Bill graduated from Dubois High School in 1973 and attended the University of Wyoming. He was an Environmental and Health Safety and Security Manager. Bill was a member of the El Centro, California Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed watching ESPN, fly fishing, and cheering for the Oakland Raiders and A's. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Lyn and Jo Hubbard; and sister, Diane Leimback, of Dubois, Wyoming. He is survived by his wife, Marcela, of Bullhead City, Arizona; first wife, Jill Stauch, of Casper, Wyoming; son, Travis (Marie) Hubbard; daughter, Amanda (Steve) Laughrey, all of Casper, Wyoming; daughter, Tiffany Hubbard; and son, Cody Hubbard, both of Pensacola, Florida; grandchildren, Samantha, Megan, and Alexis Laughrey; Bayden and Eberlee Hubbard, all of Casper, Wyoming. A Celebration of Life reception is planned for 2 pm on Thursday, January 3, 2018 at Bustard's Reception Center, 932 CY Avenue in Casper.
