Funeral services for Mr. William "Bill" Dickenson, 74, of Casper. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Douglas Park Cemetery, in Douglas, Wyoming. Mr. Dickenson passed away August 24, 2013 in Casper, WY. The family has requested memorials be made to the Hector Foundation for Pets, PO Box 51112, Casper, WY 82605. Bill proudly served his country in the US Coast Guard.
