Services for Wilda Helen Lacy-Tilson will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Paul Kuhn officiating. Inurnment will at Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Lacy-Tilson, 95 died, May 6, 2011 at Life Care Center in Casper, Wyoming. Cremation has been held.
