Wayne Weythman

July 23, 1938 — December 6, 2015

Wayne passed away in peace on December 6, 2015 with his loving family around him. He was born July 23, 1938 to Wayne and Faye Weythman in Stafford, Kansas. He married Patricia Ann Michael on 1957. He worked many years at Sinclair Refinery. He served in the US Navy from 1960 to 1966, Army National Gard 1977 to 1991 and the Air National Gard 1991 to 1998. He was awarded the National Defense service medal, Vietnam service medal and the Good Conduct medal. He was a man among all men, honorable and thankful with a handshake until the end. Wayne will be missed by so many friends that were so very special to him. If you were his friend you were his "Brother" his "Bro" for life. He cherished and loved his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann Michael of Casper, WY; son, Dwayne Frank Weythman of Bairoil, WY; granddaughter, Brooke (Eric) Hansen; great-granddaughter, Kameren; grandson, Drew (Darian) Weythman; great-grandson, Carter; granddaughter, Abbie Weythmam all of Casper, WY; Grandson Wade Weythman; great-grandchildren, Ciela, Trinity and Dominic Weythman all of Cheyenne, WY; daughter, Tammy Weythman; grandchildren, Karissa James, Keenan James all of Saint George, UT and Katrina James of Rawlins, WY; brother, Kurt (Katherine) Weythman; nephew, Kurt Matthew Weythman and his children, Jazimine, Patton, Kloey all of Grand Junction, UT; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Wayne will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00PM at Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery with Pastor Bruce Sell of Liberty Baptist Church officiating. Military Rites will be accorded by the United States Navy and Natrona County United Veteran's Council Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to Shriners Hospital, Elks Lodge and Wounded Warriors.
