After graduation, she worked at the Triple A Office in Douglas, now known as the PMA Office, Converse County Bank, Maurer & Garst, Gorsach & Kirby and did bookkeeping for Jack Hampton. While at work at Deister, Ward and Witcher (DWW), she met her husband, Randle Logan Belt, Sr. and they were married June 9, 1950 in Douglas, WY. During their time working for DWW, they worked in numerous states. While in Flora, Illinois, their daughter, Sonya Morgareidge was born. While working in Colorado, they had their daughter, Karma Thompson. In 1956, they moved to Casper; welcoming their daughters Randi Lou Nickel and Kathleen (Leo) Giangiacomo, and their son Randle.
