Victoria Kennedy, 64 of Casper, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 7pm. Victoria is survived by her husband, Gale Kennedy; brother, Bill Martin; sons Mike Kennedy and Ken Kennedy; daughters Debbie Harms, Amanda Kennedy, and Jackie Trimmer; grandchildren Charisma Harms and Damien Gellner; and great grandchild Jonathan Gellner. No services will be held at this time. Memorials in Victoria's name may be made to VFW at www.vfw.org or to Defenders of Wildlife at www.defenders.org.
