Memorial Services for Mrs. Vicky Kay Horn, 57, of Casper, WY will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Vicky passed away October 5, 2016 in Casper, WY. Vicky was born August 29, 1959 in Casper, WY to Wilma Kenney and Richard Minchow. She graduated from Kelly Walsh High School. Vicky met the love of her life and the couple married on August 28 of 1989. Together the couple raised 2 children together. She so loved her job working in food service at Evansville, WY, she truly loved the time she got to spend with those kids. The only thing she loved more than her work was her family. She absolutely loved being a wife and mother. Vicky is survived by her husband Tom of Casper, WY; Son Tom of Evansville, WY; daughter, Stormi Chrest of Casper, WY; sister, Sherry Lindstrom of Baker, MT; brother, Richard Minchow of Gillette, WY; Nieces, Nikkie Minchow and family of Gillette, Sheila Dice and family of Casper, DaNette and family of Lubbock, TX, Stevi Mills and family of Baker, MT, and Krista Lindstrom of Casper, WY; nephews, Cody Minchow and family of Gillette, WY, Tim Dice and family of Cheyenne, WY, and Jeremy Rose and family of Gillette, WY. She was preceded in death by her parents Wilma Minchow and Richard Minchow as well as both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
