A private memorial celebrating the life of Tracy Knott will be held November 24, 2012 in Harriet Arkansas. Mrs. Knott 50 passed from this life September 24, 2012 at the Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper Wyoming. Cremation has been held. Mrs. Knott was born January 12, 1962 in Williamsport PA, to Paul and Laurel (Seyler) McCloskey. She was educated in Pampa, Texas. Tracy had an adventurous spirit. She spent time traveling and living throughout the United States, including spending time in the Rocky Mountains and California panning for gold. Tracy was very creative and had numerous hobbies. She loved both to crochet and knit usually giving away most of her creations. However, Tracy's true passions were cooking and baking. Her adventurous spirit prompted her to experiment with cooking, resulting in the creation of several unique dishes. No one ever left her house hungry or dissatisfied. Tracy was a kind and gentle soul, had a great sense of humor and was content with life. She accepted people as they were without judging anyone. She loved all animals and people. Tracy believed all were friends, but she particularly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She demonstrated real courage by her bravery and humility throughout her life. Although she was taken from us too soon, her family and friends are comforted knowing that she no longer suffers. Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Paul McCloskey Sr., and her grandparents Robert and Delpha Seyler. She is survived by: Jim Knott, her husband of twenty years of Casper Wyoming; her mother Laurel (Midge) McCloskey of Harriet Arkansas; her sisters Laurel Carlson of Harriet, Arkansas; Jeannie McCloskey of Rochester, Illinois; Lynn Immesoete living in Lansing, Kansas, and Delpha Seyler of Conway, Arkansas; her brothers, Joseph and Robert McCloskey, both of Harriet, Arkansas; her Aunt Vicki Seyler of Marshall, Arkansas; her nephews Colin Immesoete, Alex and Lucas Priestley and Zachary Dart; her niece Sydney Immesoete and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tracy was very loved and will be missed dearly.
