Thomas Neibauer

Thomas A. Neibauer was born on January 25th 1944 in Minneapolis Minnesota. He was the youngest of 9 siblings. He graduated from Billings High in Billings, Montana. From there he went right into the Navy and served for 4 years. He married the love of his life on January 8, 1964 in Billings Mt. From there they had 3 beautiful children Tammy, Tom Jr. and Rob. He was a District manager for Sweetheart Bakery, which gave them the opportunity to move around all of Wyoming. He enjoyed doing carpentry work and remodeled each home they moved into. In his younger years he enjoyed playing softball and having everyone over to his house for get togethers. He loved being with his kids and family. He truly loved being a grandpa and enjoyed spending as much time with them that he could. He is survived by his spouse, Sandy Neibauer of Casper, daughter Tammy (Jeff) Andresen of Round Rock TX, Sons Tom (Cheri) Neibauer Jr of Casper, Rob (Lori) Neibauer of Evansville. Grandkids, Kolbi, Taylor ,Bailee, Treyton, Madisyn, Delaini, Caleb ,Alexis ,Mariah, Breanna, and Shaelynn. Sisters, Joan Neibauer of Denver CO and Fran (Lewis) Ball of Missoula MT. Sister-in-Law's Sherry (Roger) Thompson of Denver Co. Terry Goebel of Philipsburg MT. and Brother-in-law Casey Slough of Billings MT and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be Saturday October 18,2014 @ 2:00 pm at Bustard's Funeral home in Casper. Reception to follow at the Casper Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Central Wyoming Hospice 319 S. Wilson St. Casper WY 82601 in memory of Tom.
