Theodore "Ted" E. Fisher, 54, passed away on January 4, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Cornerstone Evangelical Church, 4100 Casper Mountain Road, Casper, Wyoming 82601 with Pastor Jack Olsen officiating. Memorial donations may be made in Ted's name to the church.
