Mary Thelma Rhoades passed away March 2, 2012. Mary was born on September 8, 1936 in Oklahoma City to Fay and Willie Ivey. They moved to Casper in 1950. She married Jim Rhoades and had one child, Vicki Lee Mildren. She owned and managed the Colonial House Motel for 38 years. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Highland Cemetery in Casper. She is survived by her grandchildren, Steve Spurlin, Jim Spurlin and Angelee Lewallen, a brother, Bill Ivey, a sister, Wanda Wells. She will be missed by her great grandchildren, Jimmy, Billy, Raider and Destinee. She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, two sisters and a great grandson. Donations in her honor and name may be made to the Humane Society.
