Sylvia Peterson

Memorial services for Sylvia S. Peterson will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Highland Park Community Church, 5725 Highland Drive, Casper, with Pastor John Spear officiating. Cremation has been held under the direction of Bustard's Funeral Home. Mrs. Peterson, 92, passed away November 11, 2012 at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center in Casper. She was born September 28, 1921 in Mobile, Alabama. Survived by her Daughter, Diane Bidale husband Lee, Granddaughter, Diane Bell, Grandson, Anthony Bidale, Great grandchildren, Arianna Bidale and Zachary Bell; Son Robert Lee, wife Sharon, Granddaughters Kristen, Dawn and Caryn, Great grandchildren, Kyler, Kolin, Kameron, Ashlee and Benjamin, Granddaughter, Judi Hansen, husband Randy, Great granddaughter, Rene, great grandson, Beau, Great great grandchildren, Ethan and Evan Sylvia was very active in the Central Wyoming Senior Center. She taught tap dancing and Hawaiian dancing. She also led the Senior Choral group. Sylvia also choreographed and led several shows to earn money for the Center. She was also a Life Member of the VFW; a longtime member of the BPOE and a longtime member of the Order of the Moose Auxiliary. Sylvia always said she married the love of her life at the end. She adored her husband Larry. She will worry about him in Heaven. Memorials may be left to Central Wyoming Senior Center, Casper, Wyoming.
