Suzanna Drake

Suzanna Drake passed away on June 21, 2024, at her home in Shoshoni, WY. Suzanna was born on the 18th of June 1962 to Gus Williams and Bonnie Williams in Casper, Wyoming. She was raised there and attended Natrona County High School. She graduated from NCHS in 1980. Sue married Norman Hughes and had two sons. They later divorced and Suzanna married Ernest Drake. Sue loved her time as a bartender and worked as a flagger for many years. 

 Suzanna is survived by her two sons Micheal Hughes and Jacob Hughes. Her beloved grandchildren Joshua Hughes and Michelle Hughes. As well as her siblings: Linda Schroeder, Kitty Thomson, Kathy Byron, Teri Meyer, and Keith Williams.

 Suzanna is preceded in death by her parents Gus Williams and Bonnie Williams. Her ex-husband Norman Hughes, and her husband Ernest Drake.

 A celebration of Suzanna’s life will be held on September 7th at 12:00 P.M. at the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Casper, WY (306 N Durbin St, Casper, WY 82601). The family asks that guests please bring a dish to the event and your best stories about Sue.
