Steven Eugene Williams Sr.

  In remembrance of a great man- Steven Eugene Williams Sr. -The day of February 15 the light of this world faded to anyone who knew this great man. At the age of 68 he came upon several health issues and passed away surrounded by his loved ones at Wyoming Medical Center , leaving a very big hole in the heart to all. He was preceded in death by his brothers, sister and both his parents. He was surpassed by his 2 children- his daughter - Theresa Williams of Casper, Wyoming., his son Steven Williams Jr. of Streator, IL., 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 2 brothers and 1 sister. However to anyone who knew him knows that it didn’t matter if you were family blood or just someone who got the privilege to cross his path. He made sure that you knew you were family to him , he cared with his whole heart about you, and there’s was just about nothing he wouldn’t do to see you laugh or smile. He was a kind man that if he noticed you had a whole in your heart from a missing father, uncle, or if in the right mood even a missing mother … he would make it know that he was still there and he would fill that void. So our Dad had a lot more children, nieces and nephews etc.. than anyone can count because he would be whoever you needed him to be to make your heart whole with his love filling the gaps you had. The phrase “he was like a dad to me” was spoken widely. He was everything to many. We all will do our best to survive this life without this great man just so we can see his smile and hear his laugh again when we meet in the end. We all love you and will miss you dearly Steven Williams Sr. ..But we will see you again! Love all that knew you!  

A Memorial Service will be held at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Home on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
