Sarah Keller Bertagnole left this earth on May 13, 2011 after living 44 years of a fulfilling and wonderful life. She has been married to Nathan Bertagnole for over 20 years and has six children: Lindsey, Andrea, Nathan, Jordan, Bryan and Dallin. She was born in Seattle Washington to Ward and Carol Keller and lived in North Bend, Enumclaw and Longview Washington as well as Sacramento California and most recently Casper Wyoming where her husband was born and raised. She also served a mission in Ecuador for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In fact, her life was focused on spreading the love of her Savior Jesus Christ & she took advantage of every opportunity to bless the lives of others with her testimony. She was an outstanding team volleyball player and played in Russia representing the U.S.A. She also loved track and excelled in discus, shot put and running. She attended BVU Idaho for one year. Her life has been centered on her home, family, extended family & friends and she loved cooking, baking and serving others! In June 2009 she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma cancer but rather than allowing it to have a negative effect upon her life, she chose to remain faithful to her beliefs, be happy and live life to its fullest. Sarah learned to put a positive spin on every situation she encountered. Even to the end she was found serving and lifting others who faced the same challenges she did. She learned how to make lovely turbans and helped other female cancer patients look beautiful by teaching them how to cover their hair loss. She will be greatly missed but the impact of her life will be felt in the lives of many for generations to come. Sarah is also survived by her parents and her siblings Stephen (Amy), Susan Keller McCreadie (Scott), and Curtis (Aimee). The family has asked that in lieu of flowers please feel free to contribute to the Sarah Bertagnole Memorial Children's Fund at any Wells Fargo bank. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3931 West 45th Street, Casper WY with Bishop Bill Athey conducting.
