Sara Noggle

Sara Lynette Noggle, 55, peacefully passed away Sunday, July 13th, 2014, comfortably at home. She was born to the late Ronald Ost and Roberta Harrington on May 5th, 1959, in Riverton, Wyoming. She was happily married to Robert "Bob" Noggle on June 5th, 1998. Sara grew up in Casper, Wyoming and graduated from Natrona County High School, in 1977. She dabbled in the college life but went on to complete Cosmetology School to fulfill her joy in creativity and making women beautiful. Eventually Sara opened Crazy Horse Salon, where she remained happily, turning many clients into dear friends. Laughter with friends and family was Sara's passion and delight. Pestering, joking, or just enhancing the mood of any room, Sara was the first to make others feel better in any situation. Sara lived a very spiritual life enjoying nature and the outdoors and loved camping with her husband. Sara's animals were her pride and joy, whether it be dogs, birds,iguanas, or any other type. She also delighted in the teasing and sense of humor she shared with her daughter, on a daily basis. She was a wonderful mother, a loving wife, and a devoted friend. She will be missed by many as she was loved by all. Sara was survived by her mother, Roberta Harrington of Casper; her husband, Robert Noggle of Casper; her two loving children, Nicholas Bossard of Fort Collins, CO, and Brianne Bossard of Casper; her brother, David Ost of Paducah, KY; and her sister, Shanna Harrington of Casper. She also leaves behind a large extended family, and beloved pets Hugo, Juliette, and Chipo. Memorial services will be held Friday, July 18th, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Bustards Funeral Home. There will be a reception held at Eagles, 306 Durbin St. following the services, please use North entrance. In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made in Sara's honor to the Casper Humane Society, 849 East E St, Casper, WY 82601.
