Sandy Blair

Sandra L. Blair "Sandy", age 65, of Casper, WY passed away Monday, February 6, 2017. She was born April 22, 1951 in Riverton, WY to the late Eldon E. and Dorothy M. Iseli. Sandy married Donald J. Blair on December 10, 1981 in Riverton. He preceded her in death. Sandy enjoyed working as a beautician and also worked as a truck driver. She loved her children, gardening and doing crafts. Sandy is survived by a daughter, Christina L. Basso of Casper; 2 sons, David Sparks of Pope, MS and Michael Sparks of Olive Branch, MS; 5 sisters, Marilee House of Casper, Kelly Conover of Stevensville, MT, Angie Pounds of Memphis, TN, Julie Gulley of Lubbock, TX and Pamela Reiman of Kirkland, NM; 2 brothers, Michael D. Iseli of Rawlins, WY and Gary Salisburg of CA; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Bustard's Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Wyoming Hospice, 319 S Wilson St, Casper, WY 82601, or the Casper Humane Society, 849 East E Street, Casper, WY 82601.
