Russell James Cundall passed away the afternoon of May 3, 2013. Russell was born in Douglas, Wyoming, June 11, 1951 to Leonard and Delores (Lebsack) Cundall. He was raised in the Cody Country and after graduation from Cody High School in 1970, he joined the US Army. Upon return to home, he began a family including his sons Keith Cundall (wife Stephanie), and Kevin Cundall (fiance Becky), and six grandchildren with his then wife and now close friend, Kathy Cundall. Russell spent most of his life in the Casper area. A natural to the working force, Russell traveled down a path of many professions including plumbing and oil field mechanic. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1992. He used his degree to teach Shop & Agriculture. He also coached and was a FFA advisor at Midwest High School. At the time of his death, he owned RC Welding and worked in the oilfield north of Douglas. Russell was known for his hard working nature, his wit, jokes and his generosity. He is survived by his wife Nancy Robinson, her children Annie Robinson, Molly Randall, Lee Robinson and Katie Robinson, 3 grandchildren, sisters Barbara Pearson (husband Don) and Kerri Presenkowski (husband Don) and many nephews, nieces and extended family members. Russell was preceded in death by his parents and step- father, Jim English. Russell's viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2013, from 2:00-7:00 pm at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper, Wyoming. Russell's family asks that you hold him in your memories as a friendly soul to even strangers; full of laughter, simple ideals, and always boasting a large smile.
