Ruben Rodriguez Sr.

Ruben Rodriguez, Sr., age 91, of Casper, Wyoming passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. He was born on March 31, 1928 in Hammond, Indiana the son of Jose and Simona Rodriguez. Ruben was married to Graciela on September 21, 1950 in Loveland, Colorado. He enjoyed watching baseball and was an avid New York Yankees fan. Ruben also liked BBQ family outings and treasured spending time with his children and grandchildren. He belonged to the GI Forum and the IBEW. Ruben is survived by 4 daughters, Norma Rodriguez, Ruth Hensley (husband Jim), Sandra Maben (husband Marty) and Lionor Rodriguez, 1 son, Ruben Rodriguez Jr (wife Maria), Son-in-law Jaime Morales all of Casper; 11 grandchildren, Beto Andrade (wife Janelle), Pernishia Larramendy (husband Shane), Jacob Hensley (Kristina), Autumn Hopson, Andrew Reeves (Misty), Sarita Miramontes (husband Edgar), Chance Rodriguez (Tim), Brandon Rodriguez, Travis Rodriguez, Vanessa Morales and Angela Mundell (husband Brett). He is also survived by 20 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Graciela Rodriguez of Greeley, CO; daughter, Barbara Morales of Casper; father, Jose Rodriguez, mother, Simona Saldana both of Loveland, CO; brother, Ismael Rodriguez and sister, Susie Salazar. A Memory Service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2:00pm at Bustard's Funeral Home.
