When the ranch changed owners, Rosetta and Ray moved to Ipswich, SD where they bought a small house. Ray passed away in 2009 and Rosetta continued to live in Ipswich until 2012 when she moved to Casper to be closer to her son and daughter. Rosetta is survived by her children, Billy Dale Tanner of Colorado and Carmel Gail Brantz of Casper, WY, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many extended family and friends.
