Rose Consuelo Montez, 86, passed away on January 1, 2017 in Casper. A Vigil for the Deceased will be held at 5:30 P.M., on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Bustard's Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Fr. Kevin Barrett will be officiating. The family would appreciate memorials to be sent to the Seton House or Central Wyoming Hospice.
