Mass of Christian Burial for Roscoe Shippen, 28, will be celebrated at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 5, 2011, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church by Fr. Philip Vaske. Vigil for the Deceased will be celebrated at 6:00 PM, Friday, March 4, 2011 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, March 4, 2011 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery. Mr. Shippen died February 27, 2011 in Williston, North Dakota.
