Ronda (Jasper) Putzier passed away at Wyoming Medical Center on October 14, 2014 due to complications from open heart surgery. Ronda was born September 11, 1953 in Aberdeen, South Dakota to Albert and Hilda Jasper. She grew up in Lead, South Dakota and attended school in Lead. She met Karl Duane Putzier in Redfield, South Dakota and they married May 27, 1972 in a small farm wedding. In 1974 they left the farm and moved to Casper where Duane worked for D & R Trucking and Ronda was a stay at home mom where she cared for their three children Alisa, Justin and Lance. After other endeavors, she started a home daycare that she truly enjoyed for thirteen years. Caring for and helping children was a passion that helped define her. She also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, camping, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was preceded in death by her husband Karl Duane, her mother Hilda King and her father Albert Jasper. She is survived by her children Alisa (Coby) Faulkner and their children Gillian, Jocelyn and Josie; Justin (Charlotte) Puztier and their daughter Brook; Lance (Kristal) Putzier and son Tristan; Stepfather Don King; and three sisters, Linda Dahl, Brenda Phillips and Larissa Royce. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 on Tuesday October 21, 2014 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Memorials may be sent to Hilltop National Bank for the Putzier Grandchildren Scholarship Fund.
