March 8, 2018, we lost a husband, a father, a brother, an uncle and a good friend to many. Ronald Kimio Mihara peacefully passed away while in the loving care of the staff of Central Wyoming Hospice. He had a love of cars, Corvettes in particular, electronics and animals. Throughout his years, he served in the Army Reserves as a Drill Sargent, endured taking one teenage daughter to see Prince in concert, was forced to listen to countless hours of oboe practice and he sat through many, many school music concerts. Although he sometimes had a gruff exterior, he was known for his affection towards animals. He befriended a chipmunk, loved his German Shepherds and secretly broke his own dog "house rules" when he thought no one was looking. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; their daughters, Jennifer and Kelly; and his sister, Judith Mihara.
