Roberta J. "Bobbie" Harrington

  Roberta J. “Bobbie” Harrington, 83, of Casper, WY passed away on August 20^th, 2023.

   Bobbie was born in Riverton, WY on December 13^th, 1939. She graduated from Riverton High School and attended some college courses. She received certificates in Floral Design and Horticulture.

  Bobbie worked as a Florist Designer at Johnny Appleseed for over 20 years and then ventured out on her own to create her own flower shop called Bobbie’s Floral.

  Bobbie enjoyed playing her organ, boating, camping with family, garage selling, bingo, and dancing. Most of all, Bobbie loved gardening, as she was part of the Master Gardeners Club in Casper.

  She also traveled around Wyoming to judge floral entries in the County Fairs. She was an avid member of the Eagles Club where she did most of her dancing. She enjoyed the company of all her beloved pets through the years.

  Bobbie is survived by her son, David (Lori) Ost of Tennessee and her daughter, Shanna (Davey) Harrington of Casper, Wyoming. Her sisters, Janice Lott of Casper, Wyoming and Judy Johnson of Windsor, Colorado. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren which she adored.

  She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Jean Ewing and her oldest daughter, Sara Ost Noggle.

  A viewing will be held at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Chapel on August 28, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Chapel on August 29, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow services at Highland Cemetery. Please join the family for a reception at the Casper Shrine Club, located at 1501 W. 39^th St. Casper, Wyoming.

  Saying goodbye is so difficult, but I’m thankful you’re released from the difficulties of this life.
