Military rites for R. Stanley Lowe, 92, of Casper, WY will be held at 1:30PM, Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00PM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. A reception will follow at 4:30PM. Stan passed away June 19, 2015 in Casper.
