Richard Darrell Baugh was born at Pocatello, Idaho to Leland Ray and Jennie Pauline (Gilwitz) Baugh on Friday, May 18th, 1934 the younger of two boys. He attended schools in Pocatello and graduated from Pocatello High School. On August 8th, 1953 he married his high school sweetheart in Pocatello. The couple lived and raised their family in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Shelley, Idaho moving to Paradise Valley, Casper, Wyoming in 1976. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served as an elder. He was employed with Clover Club Foods. After retirement he ferried vehicles for Coliseum Motor Company and M&M Auto Outlet. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Richard, 80, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, June 9, 2014 in Central Wyoming Hospice, Casper, Wyoming. He was preceded in death by his parents; older brother Leland Ray Baugh, Jr.; and a grandson, Michael Baugh. He is survived by three sons Richard Darrell (Anita) Jr., J. Steven (Ben), Bret Duane (Gayle), a daughter, Trina Diane McClain, fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Memorial Service and Interment are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 at Teton-Newdale Cemetery, Teton, Idaho with Bishop Carter officiating. A reception will follow immediately at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 44 West Main Street, Teton, Idaho. Memorial contributions in Richard's honor to Central Wyoming Hospice would be deeply appreciated by his family.
