Raymond O. Charles, 96, passed away Tuesday, Jan 8, 2013 in Canyon, Texas. Raymond was born in Pleasantville, Ohio to Octave P. and Zelia Charles on December 7, 1916. He was preceded in death by his wife, Garnet M. Charles, his parents Mr. And Mrs. O. P. Charles and. four brothers and a sister. He is survived by his brother, Cecil Charles and wife Robye Jan of Canyon., Texas, his sister-in-law Dorothy Charles of Altamont, Kansas and ten nephews and three nieces. Raymond was employed by GuIf Oil Company for 45 years and has been retired for 31 years. He was a long time resident of Casper, Wyoming. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church by Fr. Robert Fox. Rite of Committal will be conducted at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
