Peter F. Woeck ll, December 14th, 1945 - November 5th, 2016, was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from West Seattle High School and took on an active role in his family's ship building business. Pete married and had two children while also volunteering for the Navy. He served actively as a Navy Seabee on the ground in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1972. Back in civilian life, Pete rejoined his family in the Seattle ship building industry until his retirement. He and his wife Kathy moved to central Wyoming where they have lived for over 16 years. Pete's passions were his family, the outdoors, cars (anything with an internal combustion engine), and ranching. Pete was uncomfortable sitting still and always had several ongoing projects. When hatching plans for more, he was diagnosed with cancer just over 2 years ago and his most challenging fight was his inability to get as much done as he liked. Pete is survived by his loving wife Kathy, his two children Jennifer Frisch (Woeck) and Robert Woeck, his 5 beautiful grandchildren, his brother Richard and sister Shirley. Donations can be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children and the Wyoming Foundation for Cancer Care.
