Reno, NV – Perry D. Marlin passed away at the age of 60 on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
Perry was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, August 2nd, 1959 to John and Marcia Marlin. He mostly attended school in Fernley NV, graduating high-school in Shawnee OK.
Perry served his country for 6 years in the US Navy plus one in the reserves. Perry was stationed on the USS Kitty Hawk during the Iran hostage crisis in 1979.
Perry was employed by the Washoe County School District as an electrician for 18+ years. Before that with the Hamilton Company for 8 ½ years.
Perry is preceded in death by his mother, Marcia Marlin. Perry is survived by his Sisters, Crystal Galles (Dan) and Melody Macedo; brother-in law, David Macedo; Nephews, Matthew Macedo, Daniel Macedo, Joshua Woods; Nieces, Angela and Brandy Woods including numerous great nephews and nieces.
Perry loved and cared very much for his five fur companions. Donations in Perry’s honor may be made to any Animal Shelter of your choice.
Military Honors will be held at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Home, 600 CY Avenue, Casper, WY on Friday, June 12th at 10:00 a.m.
