Pauline Christianson

Funeral Services for Mrs. Pauline Marie Christianson, 93, of Glendo, WY will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Glendo Community Church. Interment will follow at Glendo Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Bustard's Funeral Home and at the church on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Pauline passed away November 29, 2015 in Mills, WY. Pauline was born in Muscatine, Iowa to William Schwartzkopf and Mary Fischer October 3, 1922. As a young child they moved to Nebraska where she worked hard in the beet fields and on a farm. This is where she met and married Earl Christianson in Nebraska in1942. She worked hard on farming and raising 500+ chickens during WWII while her husband was in the Army. She was a ranch cook and worked at the Rawlins Hospital she also managed the Bailey Hotel. Her and Earl left Rawlins and retired in Glendo. She was a good cook! You never left the table hungry and if you did it was your own fault. She is survived by daughters, Jackie Ebey, Beverly Kalisz and Helen Kuhl. Son-in-law Earl Kuhl; brother Donald Yoshida; sister Rose Higaski; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and Andrew She is preceded in death by her husband Earl Christianson; Son, Charles Christianson and her sisters, Emma Nuss and Mae Huetra. She will be missed but forever in our hearts. Memorials may be sent to Glendo Ambulance.
