Pauline Ackerman

Pauline Ackerman, 81, of Glenrock, Wyoming, passed away at Central Wyoming Hospice of Casper on March 14, after a short battle with cancer. At her request no services will be held. Pauline was born July 3, 1930 in Lyons, Nebraska to Howard and Nona Hehnke. She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1948. She was married to Howard J. Ackerman on January 29,1951 and they enjoyed 61 years of marriage. She is survived by her husband Howard, five children, Barbara (Chuck) Headley, Carol Wintermote, Dave (Liz) Ackerman, Sheri Holmes, and Lynda (Dave) Kennaugh; sister Phyllis (Pete) Presgrove of Arizona; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister, a son, and one grandchild. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in her name to the Glenrock Senior Center.
