Memorial services for Patsy L. Wood will be held at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Edgerton Town Hall with Traci Sutherland officiating. Mrs. Wood, 75, passed away September 22,2012 at her home in Edgerton from cancer. She was born November 5, 1936 in Casper, Wyoming, the daughter of Bert and Anna (Jackson) Kelly. She was educated in Casper. She married Thomas Edward on April 15, 1955 in Casper, where both of their daughters were born. They then moved to Port Orchard, WA. After a few years they moved to Edgerton, WY. In Edgerton they met many amazing people who.came to be lifelong friends. She enjoyed bartending, and then retired from Midwest Schools, where she worked in the cafeteria. She was a very caring, kind, and happy person who never met a stranger. She had an infectious laugh, which could be recognized across the room. She was loved by everybody, and affectionately called "Grandma Pat", She was an avid golfer, loved spending time with family and friends, camping, and having fun! She will be missed by all. Survivors are daughter, Diane and Gary Chandler of Bar Nunn, daughter Dorthy and Craig Oldham of Petoskey, MI, sister, Mike and Peggy Wood of Mills, brother, Dan and Pat Kelly of Mills, granddaughter, Jennifer and Jessie Plamann of Cheyenne, granddaughter, Jessica Chandler of Bar Nunn and granddaughter, Jami Chandler of Bar Nunn. Brothers and sisters: Lucille, Bill, Minnie, Zelia, Gus, Norma, George, Bert, Martha and Thelma. "The Kelly's are a Rare Breed, Oh, Yes Indeed. With fiery temper and ambitious pride, Each one of them wanting to take the lead." In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Natrona County Hospice.
