Patsy Mckinley

Patsy Ruth McKinley died peacefully on August 7, 2014, of natural causes. Born December 7, 1928, in Pueblo, Colorado, Patsy was the daughter of John W. and Ruth L. (Armstrong) Murphy. She married her beloved James R. McKinley in Casper, Wyoming on December 10, 1949. The two of them enjoyed decades of adventure, love and spending time with family and close friends. Patty had many hobbies, which included square dancing, fishing, camping, sewing and spending time with children. She most loved to spend time with friends and family at her Casper Mountain cabin. She also loved garage sales with her lifelong friend, Doris. Mrs. McKinley worked at Mountain Bell for fifteen years, retiring in 1963. She belonged to the Paradise Valley Christian Church. Survivors include her son, Richard W. McKinley (Judy) of Billings, daughter Jacqueline Krucheck (Marty) of Casper; her sisters, Willamae Houser (Merl) of Bella Vista, AR and Judie Lewis (Butch) of Casper. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sheri (Gordon) Klasna, Jami (Mark) Broyles, Nicholas McKinley and Keli (Zach) Tondre; great grandchildren, Caleb, Areya, Isaiah, Samuel, Nicolas, Ellese, Jonah and Ayda. Also her niece and nephews, Ashlie (John) Schmidt and Johnny Ray Lewis, John (Debbie) Houser, Tommy Houser and Jennie (David) Chumney, and many other dearly loved friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, father and loving husband, Jimmy. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to DeliverFund at deliverfund.org/donate. Memorial services for Patsy McKinley will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, August 11, 2014, at Paradise Valley Christian Church with Pastor Larry Berlin officiating.
