Private graveside services will be held in Douglas, WY for Norma Lillian Brooks, 88. She passed away in Casper on June 11, 2014. Norma was born in Lusk, WY to George and Mary (Saffels) Brooks on September 27, 1925. She was very outgoing and a loving person. She enjoyed bingo and being with her friends. She is survived by her friends Raymon Stauffenberg and Dennis Hilliard.
