Norbert "Bert" Dean Knaus, age 81, has, in his own words, "gone to where the windy wind don't blow.Thanks and God Bless to his friends for all the help they gave him." A memorial service will be held be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper.
