Noah McVey

Franklin McVey, 79, of Saratoga, Wyoming, passed away on June 18, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. Frank was born on December 16, 1927 in Wideman, Arizona. On June 24, 1961 Frank married Gloria Hattan and together they had three children, Chuck, Betty, and Joe. Frank enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and he loved working in his garage. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and loved Nascar. Frank is survived by his wife, Gloria McVey of Saratoga; his son, Chuck (Tami) McVey of Saratoge; daughter, Betty (Brad) Baker of Laramie; son, Joe (Javay) McVey of Casper. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Bailey McVey of Laramie and Alliana McVey of Casper. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers. Services will be announced at a later date.
