Nicole Howard

Services for Nicole Christine Howard of Casper will be held at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper, Wyoming on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Pastor Tami Rudkin from Highland Park Community Church will be officiating. There will be no viewing. Nicole "Nikki" was born November 17, 1975 at Wyoming Medical Center and died at the age of 36 in an automobile accident outside of Torrington, Wyoming on March 17, 2012. Nikki attended Natrona County High School before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 1992. She attended Casper College and spent time in Phoenix and Oregon before returning to Casper in 2009. Nikki had a passion for art and music and could often be heard singing since the time she was a small child. She had a beautiful soul and she always held a great love for animals, her children and her family. Above all, the love and joy she held in her heart for her children defined her. Her daughter Harley and son Jimmielee were the light and joy of her life. She loved them both beyond measure. Nikki will be greatly missed by her children, her family and her friends. Her memory will live on as well as our love for her. She is survived by her daughter Harley Jean Oliver (9) of Albuquerque, NM; her son Jimmielee Spenser (9 months) of Casper, WY; her brother Bryan Craig Howard (Shondell) of Casper, WY; her sister Stephanie Howard-Porter Dumbrill (Dan) of Santa Rosa, CA; her Aunt Charlotte Kolb of Casper, WY; her Uncle Carol Skjonhaug of Casper, WY; her nephews Weylan Howard of Casper, WY; Erryk Howard and her niece Angel Angell, both of Roanoak Rapids, NC and many cousins. She was preceeded in death by her Mother, Christie Henderson, her Mother Carolyn Howard and Father R.L. Pete Howard, her Grandparents Arne and Doris Skjonhaug and Uncle Gene Kolb all of Casper. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations made to aid in the support of her youngest son, Jimmielee. A trust has been set up for this purpose.
