Neil Rogers

Neil Omer Rogers, proprietor of downtown's historic Rialto Cigar Store, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016. Neil was born in Lusk, WY on August 9, 1940 to Omer C. Rogers and Virginia L. Rogers. Neil was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dee, son Kirk and brother, Gene. Neil is survived by his daughter Karry (Carl) Diller and her family, his brother Cliff (Shirley) Rogers and family, and sister-in-law Dee Rogers and family. We welcome you to come and enjoy a cup of coffee and share a story as we celebrate Neil's life at The Rialto Cigar Store from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Friday, February 26, 2016.
