Nathan Lee Schuh, age 25, of Casper, WY, passed unexpectedly after short hospitalization on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Wyoming Medical Center. He was born on December 4, 1988 in Casper, WY, to Richard Schuh and Deborah Diehl, the middle child to younger sister Rachael and late older brother Bryant. In childhood, he was reserved to strangers but a character amongst friends. He was passionate about writing, drawing, and music throughout his life. He was interested in studying different cultures, religions, and ancient history. Lifelong friends Justin Hunter and Nick Bunny proved true ones from childhood until his passing. Nathan was known for his authenticity and sincerity. Anyone who knew him felt instantly the closest bond of deepest friendship, often leading many others to describe Nathan as their brother. Unfortunately, he was troubled from adolescence through his untimely death. In his last year of life, he was learning how to play the conga drum and ukulele. He had converted to Christianity and had plans to become a minister. Nathan was preceded in death by his father, Richard Schuh; brother, Bryant Schuh; as well as his paternal grandfather, Henry Schuh; his maternal grandmother, Patricia Patrick; and his maternal grandfather, Larry Diehl. He is survived by his mother, Deborah Diehl; his sister, Rachael Schuh and (her boyfriend, Josh Thompson and son, Dylan); and niece, Kyri Emerson. He leaves to mourn paternal grandmother, Jackie Schuh; aunts, Tamara Schuh (and daughter Darline Schuh-Alley and husband, James Alley with children, Lilian and Gwynever), Nancy Eustice (Schuh) (and husband, Tommy and children, Brandon Boyd and Savanna and Micah Eustice). Nathan leaves maternal aunt, Danelle (and husband, Jim Gunderson and daughter, Brittany Daubin-Diehl); maternal grandmother, Beverly Diehl; and maternal grandfather, Chester (Chet) Patrick to mourn. A public viewing preceding cremation will be held from 4-8 P.M. at Bustard's (600 CY Ave.) on Thursday, July 24, 2014 for friends, family, and other loved ones to pay their last respects.
