Myrtle Thomas

Myrtle Ailene Roney Thomas passed away October 5, 2011 at Life Care Center in Casper. She was born January 27, 1917 in Monroe County, Missouri. Myrtle was the oldest child of Marvin and Oleta Roney's eight children. She came to Wyoming in 1936. She married Robert Thomas. They moved around the state with different oil companies. They settled in Bonneville, Wyoming. Mr. Thomas passed away in 1994. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, Kendrick Ford and one sister, Lois Marton. She is survived by her sisters, Helen Riggle, Ruby Robinett, Mary Obert, Joan Kennard and Shirley Provence. Myrtle was an animal lover, especially dogs. At her request, no services will be held. Cremation has taken place.
