Michael Wayne Rogers, 62, passed away on September 13, 2013 in Casper. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 20, 2013 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church by Fr. Lucas Simango. Viewing will be Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Bustard's Funeral Home followed by a Rosary which will be recited at 6:00 P.M. Interment will take place at Highland Cemetery.
