Memorial Services for Casper resident, Michael Jeffrey Kirby (Turbo), 57, Will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 at Faith Assembly of God by Pastor Tim Adams. Cremation has taken place. He passed away July 30, 2016 surrounded by his family and loved ones. His last memory was camping in the mountain with his family. He was born July 11, 1959 in Williston, ND to Dick and Helen Kirby. He was raised and educated in Casper, WY. He attended Natrona County High School until 1978. Right after High school he then began his career in the oil fields with SWACO in 1980 where he became for ever known as Turbo and bled orange from that day forward. In 1986 he met his first wife Jo Horkan, and had two sons, Corey Horkan and Jeffrey Kirby the couple later divorced. In 1996 He Married his Wife, Carla Hixson, and had three more Children, Brittany Hixson, Michael and Kayla Kirby. Camping, Hunting and being with his family became an enormous part of his life. If Mike was not home, He could always be found in his motor home on the mountain. He is survived by his wife Carla Kirby; Sons Corey Horkan of Fort Collins, Jeffrey (Eddie) Kirby, Michael (Megan) Kirby; Daughters, Brittany (Jason) Wittler, Kayla Kirby; Three Grandchildren, Jazmine, Kyson and Jayden Kirby and two more on the way; Brothers William Bill (Patti) Kirby, Eric Kirby; Sisters, Liz (Chuck) Tholl, and Machelle Kirby all of Casper, WY. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Mike was preceded in death by his parents.
