Michael Highsmith

Michael Leroy Highsmith Jr., 37, passed away on November 20, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. He was born on August 6, 1981 in Othello, Washington. Michael attended Casper College. He was a 4th year apprentice electrician and a pipe fitter for J.W. Williams. On December 12, 2008 he married Stacy Lynn Offenberger in Casper, Wyoming. Michael enjoyed outdoor activities, fishing, cooking, art and making jokes; (he could always make people laugh). He is survived by his wife; Stacy Highsmith; sons, Jordan and Izaiah Highsmith all of Casper and 2 step-daughters; mother, Bonnie Allen Osborn; stepfather, Warren Herman Osborn; and sisters, Kimberlie Jean Still and Judy Valentine Patterson. Also his grandmother, Julia Ann Williams. He is preceded in death by his grandfather. A service will take place in the spring.
