Mike O. Green

August 2, 1946 – August 29, 2020

Mike was 74 years old at the time of passing. He passed away at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming. Mike was born in a Naval Hospital in San Diego, California to Marion O. Green and Geraldine E. Kilborn. His father was from Iowa and his mother was from Nebraska. His father was in the Navy at the time of his birth. Mike was a resident of Casper for over 70 years. Mike graduated from Natrona County High School. Mike worked in the oil field and worked his way up to a boss for Nabors Drilling. On drilling rigs in Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Mike also installed tile and lament flooring. There was almost nothing Mike couldn’t fix with his hands. He built his own home in Casper and always wanted to build another Home. His hobbies were fishing, billiards, playing pool, and working with wood building things. Mike was a man that believed in God. He was a Christian. He was a member of the Eagles Club and a member of many pool leagues.

He was married to the love of his life, Karla Hart, for 22 years. Mike was a hard worker all of his life and if Mike told you anything or gave you his word, you could go to the bank on it.

Mike had four children from previous marriages. Dennis, Debar, Melody and Mike. Two boys and two girls. Mike had two step-children from to Karla. Michael and Dara. Two girls. All children are still living.

Mike is proceeded in death by his father; Mike O Green, mother; Geraldine Evelyn Kilborn, two brothers; Danny Green, and LeRoy Green.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 26th at 2:00 p.m. at The Word Christian Fellowship Church at 1220 South Melrose St. in Casper, Wyoming.
