Maurice "Bud" LeRoy Haynes, 90, passed away on September 20, 2018 in Glenrock, Wyoming after a 13 year long battle with Parkinson's Disease. Graveside services will be held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Glenrock Cemetery. Pastor Tim Adams will be officiating. Maurice was born on October 24, 1927 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Leroy Quinton Haynes and Madaline Emma Princess-Maitland. On April 19, 1952 he married the love of his life, Maxine Nichols in Elkton, Maryland. They had four children, Charlene, Diane, Denise and Maurice LeRoy "Butch" Jr. Maurice worked as a machinist for Amoco. He served in the United States Coast Guard Merchant Marines. Maurice was also a member of the Masons. He was very knowledgeable with computers. He enjoyed camping, traveling and watching boxing. Maurice also enjoyed being an amateur ham radio operator and assisted many people in acquiring their own handle. He is survived by his wife, Maxine of Glenrock, Wyoming; daughters, Charlene Hassler (John) of Glenrock, Diane Munsinger (Bob) of Douglas, Wyoming, Denise Tackett (Gary) of Bear, Delaware; sister, Beverly Fraim (Earl); 9 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. Maurice is preceded in death by his son, Maurice LeRoy "Butch" Haynes, Jr., of Milford, Delaware; his parents Madaline and LeRoy Haynes of Hollywood Beach, Maryland and his brother, Harry Haynes of Pennsylvania. Bud loved animals and adopted many from rescues; a donation to the Humane Society of your choice is appreciated by the family.
