Mary Jane Wilson of Casper, WY passed away on October 26, 2017, at Central Wyoming Hospice at the age of 90. She was born on August 6, 1927 in Omaha, Nebraska to Raleigh Dean and May Marguerite Wilson. She was educated in Niobrara Nebraska schools and graduated from the Niobrara, Nebraska school in May of 1945. She attended Casper College. She went to work for the Natrona County Clerk on November 3, 1947 and became Chief Deputy in 1960. She then worked for the Employment Security Commission and the Department of Public Assistance and Social Services. After that she went to work for the Minerals Management (USGS). On June 1, 1982 she went back to work at the Natrona County Clerk's Office. She remained there until June 30, 1987. She was a member of Saint Mark's Episcopal Church, a member of Natrona Rebekah Lodge, No. 13 in Casper, and a member of Ionic Chapter# 172 in Niobrara, Nebraska. She was a past member of Business and Professional Women, American Business Women's Association, Legal Secretaries and Synergue. She is survived by Lawrence Barrett of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kathy Barrett of Omaha, Nebraska, Cheryll Ganz of San Jose, California and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Raleigh; mother, May; and brother, Richard Hale Wilson. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Casper with the Reverend Leigh Earl officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Casper Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by Mary Jane Wilson.
