God called upon life-long Casperite Mary Kay (Daly) Moore, 84, to join the players at the big Bridge Table above on February 28th, 2013. Born to Irish Immigrants from County Cork, Ireland, Jeremiah Daly and Mary Ellen (Ellis) Daly on October 12, 1928, she spent part of her childhood in sheep wagons in the Big Horns and at the homestead near Midwest/Teapot Dome. She attended St. Anthony's and NCHS (1946 grad) and Loretto Heights College Regis University in Colorado. She married Ernest Paul Scholtz Jr. in 1948 and had 6 children, She later married Donald Moore and had 1 child and gained 3 step-children. Mary Kay was an avid golfer, bowler and sports enthusiast. She knitted beautiful blankets But her passion was bridge, earning her Life Master Cert. in 1989, she was an enthusiastic partner, play-director, and club member. She was a real estate agent for a time, and had also worked for Earl Johnson, Tret-o- lite, Murane and Bostwick and retired from Hurley Oil Properties. She was preceded in death by parents, brother Jerry, both husbands, 2 children David and Stephen and her step-son Danny. She will be sadly missed by her family: children Ernie (Roberta) Scholtz, Robert (Tammy) Scholtz, Mary (Robert) McComas, Jerome (Ann) Scholtz, Mia (Bruce) Moore- Stewart, and step-children Michelle Moore and Larry Moore; grandchildren Raina Ensign, Airian Demos, David, Erin, Faith, Emilee, Chris and Heather Scholtz, Caeden Stewart, Shaelyn Moore, Shannon Bodke, Ryan Olsen, numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family wishes that any donations go to Meals on Wheels or the Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper.
